Let’s Walk! FILLING
Limited Capacity filling up

This is your chance to enjoy being outside and socializing while improving your health and well-being by walking. This session will provide a brief review of the benefits of walking for wellness and then we will go outside for a refreshing, brisk walk following a specific path. Dress appropriately for the weather (we could have rain, snow or sunshine!), wear gym shoes, and bring water. Let’s get moving!
